Hacks & scams at the poker

Hey guys, I was wondering if any of you have some experience with hacking cause I'm pretty curious how could have 2B of my chips vanished without any trace in a few seconds while I was playing at a table at the same time. Zynga keeps telling me my account wasn't compromised (FB access showed nothing suspicious too) and therefore won't do anything about it.
This means that Zynga either wiped out my account themselves and keep feeding me bs (heard they used to do that preemptively when they thought there was a danger of selling) or the hackers are able to steal the chips using some kind of glitch without even getting into one's account.
If any of you have an opinion feel free to share it...

Well this is what I think.

when Zynga ban you they let you keep 10% and a maximum of 1M

So to me this is Zynga putting all the accounts that have abused there TOS's chips into one of there accounts (BULLSHIT)
