If when you run compatibility test, it says winpcap is not installed, but really it is. then I'm sorry to report that 'currently', I have no solution to offer.
Check back soon for possible solutions.

You should check for the presence of these files. If they are not present, it could mean that WinPcap is not properly installed.
X:\Windows\System32\wpcap.dll X:\Windows\System32\packet.dll X:\Windows\System32\drivers\npf.sys

im having trouble with this part too, ive got the first two files there but the one drivers\npf.sys i dont seem to have, tried installing it a few times and its still the same. any more ideas?

You should try uninstalling and install as 32 bit application.
