The Dead_Eye_Fred.ini is where you decide how your bot plays. Here, we are using T&K Bingo for the example profile. It should look something like this:
[Preflop_Hands]
all_in =AA KK QQ JJ TT 99 88 AK

This is where you write what your bot will do with certain hands pre-flop. If a hand isn’t defined here, the bot will check/fold the hand. The names of the actions explain what they do. The score adjust acts as a score boost and should be written as numbers, so if we wanted suited raise hands to be played looser by 10%, we would write raise =10. Note: suited hands are counted as being completely separate to unsuited hands, hence why AK is written under both [Preflop_Hands] and [Suited_Hands].

turncallamount =2
rivercallamount =2
[raise]
preflopraiseamount =2
flopraiseamount =2
turnraiseamount =4
riverraiseamount =7[/i]
Here, you write the amount of which the actions should act with, and at which point of the game. The amounts are multiples of the blind, so preflopraiseamount=2 means that the bot could raise anything between 4 and 160,000,000 depending on which table it is at.

This is where you define which actions should be taken. The numbers refer to the score of your hand. The score is a calculation of your winning chances relating to the hand in play.

hands =30
staylonger =0
[Resize]
chips =3
raise =4
[ForcePause]
DownPercent =100
[Call_small_blind]
on =0[/i]
These are configuration settings which are included in the Dead_Eye_Fred.ini for convenience. [ForceBank] will force your bot to bank (stand and sit) after gaining or losing the defined amounts (so in the example, the bot will bank when 15xBB higher or lower than the buy in). [ForceNewRoom] will force a new room after playing the defined number of hands, staying longer if the winning conditions are good when staylonger=0 is set to 1. [Resize] totally depends on your chip amount and display, and should be changed higher or lower when the bot is struggling to read your chips. [ForcePause] will pause your bot if you have lost the defined amount of chips (measured as a percentage). [Call_small_blind] is reportedly not working at the moment, but when set to 1, should call when on the small blind.
Note: Many profitable profiles can be found here.
