Hi guys I am new to this bot-type thing, and I am not a computer science major but I think I know enough to ask a few questions. I have been experimenting with the Pre-beta 5 bot for a few days now. In the beginning I did not do any changes to the Dead_Eye_Fred file or Settings. I noticed that the bot can successfully start and connect to Zynga (very well and very fast indeed) but it is not efficient at all with hands. That is, it folds almost every single hand (even when there are opportunities for flush or straight), or it goes all_in with a pair of AA, or KK. With this type of tactics the bot is eventually loosing, and it is very boring to watch. I tried to apply other profiles to the Dead_Eye_Fred file but nothing seems to work efficiently. The bot keeps folding, and slowly decreasing the amount of chips. I am curious to know about the statistics that the bot uses. Does anyone know if the bot uses the same statistics to make decisions that poker indicators use? Where in the folder are those statistics? At this point I am finding those poker indicators more useful and efficient that any bot because they tell you what to do in real time. So is that all a bot can do (fold every hand or go all_in) or I should modify the default settings on the Dead_Eye_Fred, or something else? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you guys

There's nothing wrong with the bot. The bot comes set up as a bingo profile. I happen to be a fan of it, as I have made over nearly 800million playing bingo.
Dead eyed fred is where you change it if you don't like it. Anyway, as well as changing the hands, you also have to change the scoring sections. Once you reach the flop, every hand and it's potential based on the cards on the table earns a score. If you don't change the scoring, you will find the bot will fold a lot still.
If you don't understand the scoring try a different profile from the winners and losers thread.

Thx for your answer FleetFanatic. When you talk about the scoring section do you mean the section with numbers down in the Dead_Eye_File? I don't understand how those numbers work but I have changed them too when I tried many self-proclaimed super profiles from the winners and losers thread. The bot keeps folding and never wins any hand. Can you or someone tell me qucikly how this bot operates, and how to make it work accordingly?

It reads the hole cards you have, and checks them against the appropriate section of the deadeyefred.ini, if they are there it acts accordingly on what key they reside in, all_in, callupto etc.
You have to make the settings to something you expect, it will not do anything other that what you tell it to do within its given parameters.
My profile folds about 90% of hole cards.
